Job Description We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to join us as a Sales Consultant / Delivery Driver. This hybrid role combines in-store sales, delivery operations, local outreach, and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values organization and accuracy behind the scenes. No prior cannabis experience is required -- we provide paid training. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service * Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude * Provide personalized product recommendations and cannabis education * Process transactions accurately while maintaining full compliance with state and company regulations * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor * Stay informed on new products, promotions, and compliance updates * Deliver a consistently positive, 5-star customer experience Delivery & Community Outreach * Complete deliveries safely and efficiently using OnFleet or similar routing software * Verify customer identification and order accuracy at each delivery * Handle cash and digital payments responsibly * Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the company delivery vehicle * Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies * Participate in local outreach efforts, including flyer distribution and promotion of store events and specials * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication Fulfillment & Inventory Support * Receive and verify online, mobile, and in-store orders * Ensure order accuracy and product quality prior to fulfillment * Package and organize orders for pickup or delivery in compliance with state regulations * Assist management with inventory organization, stock levels, and loss prevention Qualifications * Must be 25 years of age or older * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a state background check * Reliable transportation * Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Basic proficiency with Google Sheets and POS systems * Willingness to learn cannabis compliance and inventory procedures * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits * Employee discounts on all products * Paid training (no cannabis experience required) * Company-provided delivery vehicle * Supportive, inclusive, team-oriented work culture * Opportunities for growth and advancement Apply today to join a customer-first cannabis company focused on quality, compliance, and community.
