Before opening my agency, I worked as a sales manager for a beverage company where I started in a sales role before deciding to build something of my own. I attended University of Alabama and University of South Alabama. Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren, enjoying the outdoors, hunting, watching college football, and doing just about anything on the water. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. * Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. * Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. * Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
