Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately using the cash register. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance and support as needed. * Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
