Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
• Experience with retail math concepts is a plus.
