Duties * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions * Assist clients with policy information, coverage details, billing questions, and claim procedures * Conduct outbound calls to follow up on policy renewals, feedback surveys, or potential sales opportunities * Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining up-to-date client records and transaction logs * Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering suitable insurance products or services * Handle cash transactions securely when processing payments or refunds * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve issues efficiently and build rapport with clients Experience * Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially proficiency in English and other languages to serve diverse client bases * Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation * Experience in outbound calling campaigns or sales environments enhances your ability to connect with clients effectively * Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting * Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions Join us to empower clients through outstanding service while advancing your career in the insurance industry!
