Full description of the position

The primary function of the position is to provide support to multiple business leaders, territory managers, and other departments as necessary by assisting with business relations and customer support. Typical duties: * Set up new customer accounts and maintain account files * Assist with onboarding new territory managers and setting up in-house accounts * Maintain files regarding territory changes and generate reports regarding business in each region * Maintain selling style files and product information * Help customers and territory managers with establishing B2B/E-commerce/EDI records * Assist customers with enrollment in the co-op advertising and incentive programs which includes maintaining open communication with outside vendor regarding file maintenance for incentive program * Support customers and territory managers with online portal registration and navigation * General office duties including answering switchboard, arranging occasional luncheon and meeting set-ups, and maintaining inventory of office supplies Qualifications/Physical demands: * Two years of experience with administrative roles and duties * High School Diploma or GED * Strong data entry skills * Microsoft Word, intermediate skill level * Microsoft Excel, intermediate skill level * Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal * Ability to organize several different projects and handle deadlines; must be able to prioritize and remain detail oriented * Demonstrated history of working with confidential data * Self-motivated but very team oriented * Good judgement, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style.
