What You'll Do Lead & Develop a HighPerforming Sales Team * Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team members * Set clear expectations and coach your team to success * Run energetic team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance checkins * Build a positive, competitive, goaldriven branch culture Drive Branch Sales & Growth * Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Arlington market * Identify new business opportunities through market trends and client needs * Establish KPIs and performance metrics to keep the team on track * Partner closely with operations and recruiting to deliver an exceptional client experience * Strengthen client relationships and expand our footprint in the DFW business community What You Bring * 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience (staffing industry preferred) * Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets * Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and energize a team * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) * Datadriven mindset and strong problemsolving abilities Preferred * Staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * Existing relationships within the Arlington/DFW market Compensation $35,000 - $75,000 per year (Compensation based on experience and performance)
