The position is a will train position, responsible for playing matchmaker between customer and RV, delivering a high-quality, personable experience. The ideal candidate will value honesty, a great attitude, and strong interdepartmental communication as well as communication with customers. After moving to West Greeley in the summer of 2020, we now call our brand new, 15-acre RV Supercenter home! This new location offers the opportunity to work in a custom-built, premier facility located only 6 short miles East of I-25. As a part of our pre-employment process, applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. Key Responsibilities: * Reflect the fun, unique culture of our company. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Commit to opening and closing of lot each morning and evening. * Commit to minor maintenance (cleaning, trash clean up) of lot and lot units. * Maintain company golf carts and seasonal decor inside and outside of the dealership. * Maintain a clean, professional workspace. * Commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach and follow-up with each customer. * Demonstrate best revenue-generating practices by staying on top of current inventory, inputting correct and effective information, and following standard Sales processes. * Use dealership CRM tool to it's full potential. * Basic computer skills. * Maintain a professional appearance and a motivational, pleasant demeanor. * Perform other duties as required by manager.
