Location : Richmond |Petersburg|Portsmouth with travel inside store radii and across Virginia Job Type: Full time Pay: Base plus commission1st YR OTE range $75,000-$125,000 About the role: GTT is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to win and grow fleet and commercial accounts. This role is built for someone who can prospect, book meetings, build trust, and close. What you will do: Prospect fleets and commercial accounts in person and by phone. Run discovery meetings and present solutions. Build proposals and close new accounts. Work with store teams to ensure a smooth first experience. Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM. Ask for referrals and expand accounts over time. KPIs: - New meetings held per week: 13 - New accounts closed per month: 20 - Pipeline created per month: 200 - Retention and repeat purchase targets: 18 Requirements: - B2B outside sales experience preferred - Strong follow-up and organizational skills - Valid driver's license - Comfortable driving most days of the month Requirements: B2B outside sales experience preferred, strong follow-up and organization, a valid driver's license, and comfortable driving most days.
