To find and surprise them with new products that make life more exciting and enjoyable. -Job Overview Performs other administrative duties in a retail setting. Their main duties include assisting customers when needed, making sure the store is organized, neat and tidy. * Storing and protecting the security alarm codes, changing them when necessary * Making sure that the store is always clean and properly organized * Assisting store cashiers at peak period * Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the store Provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by ensuring both the in store and online customers are a priority. Engage with customers in a helpful and friendly manner including POS transactions and assisting in the location of merchandise throughout the store. Maintain a clean, neat and easy to shop store experience by maintaining the sales floor and fitting room standards. Unpack new merchandise when received Replenish merchandise as needed throughout the store. Making sure markdowns are done in an accurate and timely manner. Set up and removal of signs as needed for promotional events Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Assist in pulling and packing web orders. Additional Responsibilities New merchandise to floor ready standards Collection of hangers from cash wraps Organization, maintenance and replenishment of supplies to cash wraps Merchandising tasks to include placement of merchandise to merchandising standards, stockroom maintenance and organization, and merchandise replenishment to the sales floor. Heavy lifting required. Possess a strong sense of urgency. Work independently without direct supervision Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team. Flexible scheduling and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store and company needs.
