Sales Estimator - Turn "Brrr" into "Ahhh" Koala Insulation of Denver Love meeting people, helping homeowners, and turning chilly houses into cozy retreats? Experience is awesome--but the right mindset, drive, and customer-first approach matter most. Base + uncapped commission ($80K-$115K), bonuses, benefits, flexible schedule, and zero cubicles. If you're positive, hungry to learn, and naturally great with people, we want you. What You 'll Be Doing (Your Superpowers) Scout & Sell - Visit homes, businesses, and job sites. Listen, assess, educate, and close--often in one visit. Bring the Wow - Use product samples, tech tools, and genuine enthusiasm to help customers feel confident in their decision. Make Friends in High (and Low) Places - Build relationships with contractors, property managers, and referral partners. Stay Organized - Keep leads, estimates, and follow-ups tidy in our CRM (we love a clean pipeline). Be the Face of Koala - Show up with positivity, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude every day. What You 'll Need to Rock This Role Here's the important part: We can teach insulation. We can 't teach attitude.
