Sales Estimator - Turn "Brrr" into "Ahhh" Koala Insulation of Denver Love meeting people, helping homeowners, and turning chilly houses into cozy retreats? Koala Insulation of Denver is hiring a Sales Estimator who brings great energy, strong people skills, and a can-do attitude. Experience is awesome--but the right mindset, drive, and customer-first approach matter most. Base + uncapped commission ($80K-$115K), bonuses, benefits, flexible schedule, and zero cubicles. If you're positive, hungry to learn, and naturally great with people, we want you. What You 'll Be Doing (Your Superpowers) Scout & Sell - Visit homes, businesses, and job sites. Listen, assess, educate, and close--often in one visit. Bring the Wow - Use product samples, tech tools, and genuine enthusiasm to help customers feel confident in their decision. Make Friends in High (and Low) Places - Build relationships with contractors, property managers, and referral partners. Stay Organized - Keep leads, estimates, and follow-ups tidy in our CRM (we love a clean pipeline). We can 't teach attitude. You'll thrive if you have:

• A positive, approachable, service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers
• Confidence to make recommendations and guide homeowners
• Curiosity and willingness to learn our products and process
• Self-motivation and comfort working independently
• Basic tech comfort (CRM experience is great but not required)
• Consultative sales experience is a plus--but not a deal breaker Bonus points for:
