Position Overview The Michelle Edwards Agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our growing Allstate agency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused insurance professional who excels in servicing while also identifying revenue-generating opportunities through cross-selling and brokerage placement. This is a hybrid position , requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics- driven agency environment. Required Experience & Qualifications Candidates must have: * Minimum of 1 year of CURRENT Allstate agency experience (required) * Active Property & Casualty insurance license * Strong working knowledge of: * Billing and payment processing * Policy renewals * Endorsements and policy changes * Retention-focused service conversations * Proven experience cross-selling Allstate products * Experience writing business in Allstate brokerage markets (non-Allstate / ineligible products) * Proficiency in Allstate systems (eAgent, Gateway, AdvisorPro, etc.) * Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Applicants without Allstate experience will not be considered.
