Duties * Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients and existing accounts within assigned territories to promote our products and services. * Identify new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, in-person D2D, referrals, and networking efforts. * Manage territory sales by developing tailored strategies to meet regional market demands and customer needs. * Deliver compelling product demos and in-person presentations to showcase features and benefits to B2C (business-to-client) clients. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent account management, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. * Utilize CRM software such as SalesRoutes to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. * Conduct territory analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales routes, and improve overall efficiency in managing client portfolios. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, D2D, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans for territory growth and client retention. * Familiarity with CRM software such as SalesRoutes/PestRoutes or similar platforms for lead management and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical presentations. * Experience in account management, customer service, serving, and retail sales is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales approaches within competitive markets. * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
