Duties * Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline. * Conduct professional presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase vehicle features and benefits to diverse audiences. * Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, upselling appropriate options, and closing high-end sales confidently. * Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure accurate vehicle availability and presentation. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities for seamless customer experiences. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process. * Maintain organized records of all transactions, dealership activities, and customer communications to support ongoing sales efforts. * Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients via phone or in person. * Support dealership operations by assisting with retail math calculations, organizational tasks, and inventory audits as needed. Experience * Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments is preferred but not required; strong retail or B2B sales backgrounds are welcome. * Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, or outbound sales campaigns that resulted in measurable growth. * Familiarity with CRM software systems used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases better. * Excellent communication skills--public speaking experience is a plus--along with outstanding customer service capabilities. * Organizational skills essential for managing inventory, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining detailed records. * Knowledge of automotive industry practices including inventory control, retail math, and dealership operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
