What We Are Hiring For: Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday Starting Salary Range : $65,000 to $70,000 Per Year Plus Commission Opportunities What You 'll Do: * Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals. * Make outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell services. * Effectively articulate company philosophy and features benefits of services offered. * Handle inquiries to convert calls into appointments/visits. * Conduct effective appointments/visits with prospective residents and families resulting in converting to sales/move-ins. * Build and maintain customer relationships. * Support the outreach sales and marketing activity that may require the associate to be out of the community occasionally. * Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. * Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members. Qualifications: * Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements * Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations. * Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
