Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Material Handling and Construction Equipment Rental Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties * Promote and sell rental products and services through active outside sales efforts * Manage inventory control and maintenance of rental equipment, ensuring availability and proper organization * Explain rental terms clearly to customers, utilizing strong communication skills * Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry tools to maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and inventory logs * Negotiate rental agreements effectively while upholding company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction * Assist with marketing initiatives by engaging in promotional activities and outreach efforts to attract new clients Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or sales management with a focus on customer service excellence * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and administrative tasks efficiently * Excellent public speaking, communication skills, and phone etiquette for engaging with clients professionally * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and basic retail math for accurate record-keeping and calculations * Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining positive customer relationships * Previous experience in inventory management, maintenance, or retail environments is a plus * Demonstrated organizational skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities Join us as a Rental Sales Representative where your enthusiasm fuels success!
