This is an exciting role where you will meet with people daily to generate new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and improve the entire customer experience. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Benefits and Perks: * Hourly pay plus bonuses to be determined by the hiring team based on your experience * Monthly health care reimbursement for full time employees * Paid training * Flexible work schedule * Supportive team environment * Off all major holidays * Bonuses and incentives Requirements: * Previous work experience in Retail, Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role is preferred but not required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Great with building rapport with customers * Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others * Positive, professional attitude * Associate - Bachelors degree is preferred, but not mandatory (ALL MAJORS ACCEPTED) * Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM Daily Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with all customers in a friendly and courteous manner * Consistently use our systematic sales techniques while interacting with customers: Greet and Engage Customer, Explain Benefits, Compare Pricings, and Close Sales * Efficiently resolve customer's questions and requests * Deliver the highest level of customer service through effective rapport building * Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales * Learn and utilize the latest CRM/Salesforce technology to assist customers * Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
