Job Summary Allstate Agency in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused professional who is P&C licensed and interested in long-term career growth. *All applicants must hold an active Georgia State Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License. - NO EXCEPTIONS Recent Allstate experience is a PLUS. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building strong client relationships over the phone and in person. Duties * Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to deliver exceptional service experiences * Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities. * Assist customers with Policy changes, policy reviews, policy payments * Responsible to Retention and policy rewrites. * Other duties may include: following up with prospects, asking for referrals, and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and other professionals. Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty license * Prior Allstate Insurance experience preferred but not required * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Problem solving skills to manage customer inquiries effectively. * Comfortable discussing insurance needs and presenting solutions * Must be organized, coachable, and results-driven * Dedicated work ethic and ability to work under little supervision Flexible Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM EST Friday: Every other Friday Off Occasional work-from-home flexibility (2 -3 days per week) based on performance & needs. * Salary: $30,000 to $40,000 per year * Commission and incentive opportunities * Annual performance bonus (if the agency qualifies) * Supportive, family-like office culture Join us in delivering outstanding service that empowers our customers!
