Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing and Sales Associate to support our marketing efforts in retail environments. This role will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and in-store promotions through strategic marketing and sales campaigns and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotions. * Coordinate with store teams to ensure marketing and sales materials are delivered and displayed correctly. * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store marketing strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and promotions. * Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with engaging retail displays. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. * Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. * Collect and report customer feedback and sales data to improve marketing efforts. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related role (internships count). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
