Full description of the position

We are seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join a locally owned commercial print company. The Sales Support Assistant will support the sales team to help ensure a smooth experience for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized and coordinating multiple projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment. Pay $19+ Duties Include: * Support the sales team with daily administrative and customer service tasks * Prepare and process customer orders, estimates, and job tickets * Communicate with customers regarding pricing, order status, proofs, and delivery timelines * Coordinate with production, prepress, and finishing departments to ensure accurate job execution * Review job specifications (paper, sizes, quantities, finishes, deadlines) for accuracy * Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders * Maintain customer records and job information in the CRM or order management system * Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries professionally * Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery * Assist with shipping, delivery coordination, and occasional front-counter support Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred * Experience in a commercial print environment is a plus (but not required) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) * Willingness to learn print terminology, materials, and production processes Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
