Job Overview The Tailored Closet is a luxury custom closet company that helps clients calm the chaos in their homes. We are looking to add to our team as we are growing fast. The ideal candidate would have sales experience and be even better if it is design related. This is a full-time or part-time position, and some weekend availability may be optional. As a commission-based employee with an annual stipend (paid bi-weekly) to assist in the effort you put in is reflected in compensation. We Offer: * Remote Flexibility: You will be traveling to customers' homes. This is not a 9 to 5 office job. * Flexible Schedule: This could be part-time or full-time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environmentMonthly 1:1 coaching sessions in addition to in-field training Responsibilities: * Consult with clients and create 3-dimensional designs * Present designs and obtain approval from the client * Network within the local business communitycompany provided * Work within the team to continually improve processes and results * Attend weekly sales meetings * Customer care & project management Qualifications * Sales experience is required(2+ years of outside sales experience or in-home sales consultations a plus) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize * Creative problem-solving skills * Background in interior design, direct industry experience, or a proven passion for home decor * Ability to create inspiring and delightful customer experiences Great attitude and uplifting personality * Advanced knowledge of basic computer software programs and/or previous experience with CAD software * Ability to be creative while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship * Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products * Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills * TransportationA good driving record (Valid driver's license and reliable transportation) * Team player capable of managing a portfolio of projects and clients in a dynamic environment * Proactively pursue referrals and repeat business Company Overview * We are a nationally recognized brand in the home storage industry and our clients have come to expect the best solutions for their home organization and garage storage needs. * The Tailored Closet's personalized consultation process guarantees a customized and fully optimized home organization solution and a beautifully organized life for every client. * Today, we are the largest whole-home organization brand in the industry.
