Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and business development, with a focus on B2B sales and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage technology sales tools such as Salesforce and CRM software to achieve sales targets and foster long- term client relationships. We Provide Windows, Doors, Flooring for commercial and residential applications. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. * Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and revenue growth. * Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Maintain existing accounts through regular follow-up, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service. * Utilize CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. * Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and market conditions to inform strategy. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B environments. * Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly preferred. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and product demos. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and solutions. * Experience in technology or product-based sales is a plus; retail or inside sales experience is also valuable. * Ability to develop strategic plans for territory or account growth while maintaining high levels of customer service. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. - create own Leads / Prospects - Set Lead Appointments will be provided for advance sales representatives.
