Position Overview In this crucial role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings between our pharmaceutical sales representatives and healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to optimize our sales team's schedule, ensuring a high volume of quality appointments are set efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities * Appointment Setting: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to schedule initial sales meetings for representatives. * Calendar Management: Expertly manage and coordinate multiple calendars for a team of sales professionals, optimizing routes and minimizing scheduling conflicts. * Lead Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system. * Efficiency and Organization: Streamline scheduling processes to maximize appointment volume and minimize downtime for the sales team. Qualifications * Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, or a related role is preferred. * Skills: Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. * Attributes: High level of dependability, a strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and calendar management tools. Compensation and Benefits * Commission Structure: This is a full commission position offering 25% of generated revenue from appointments set. * Salary Potential: Opportunity for a transition to a base salary plus commission structure after 120 days of strong performance. * Flexibility: Part-time hours with potential for a fully remote position for the right candidate.
