Refloor is growing fast--and we're looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to build a high-performing sales team, develop people through coaching, and drive consistent results day after day. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the field, in the homes, and in the meetings--shaping individual sales reps into a disciplined team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and hits performance targets.
