Fastener Counter Sales Associate - Entry Level Hi-Strength Bolt Company - Denver, CO Hi-Strength Bolt Company is a fast-paced retail and distribution business specializing in fasteners. We're currently seeking an Entry-Level Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales or distribution. You'll receive training on the job, and we're looking for someone reliable, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

- Assist walk-in customers at the front counter with orders and product questions - Support Will Call by preparing and organizing pick-up orders - Answer incoming phone calls to help customers with orders or product inquiries - Ensure a positive customer experience by providing helpful, friendly service

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Interest in learning about the fastener or construction supply industry - Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email, data entry) - Strong organizational and time management skills - Reliable and able to follow directions - Friendly and professional communication skills, in person and on the phone - Must pass a background check No previous fastener or sales experience required - training will be provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
