Insurance Sales Representative Location: 1533 Lee Trevino Dr. Suite B1, El Paso, TX 79936 (In-office position) Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 per year (base salary plus incentive pay and bonuses) High earning potential for top performers Why Join Us? This position works directly with clients to assess risk, educate them on coverage options, and provide customized insurance solutions in a fast-paced, goal- oriented environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and follow up on leads to schedule appointments and close new business * Conduct needs-based conversations to assess customer risks and recommend appropriate coverage * Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative, relationship-based sales * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Collaborate with team members on marketing and sales initiatives * Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale Required Qualifications * Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses within a short time (training provided) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Sales-oriented mindset with comfort working toward goals * Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment * Proficiency with computers, CRMs, and Windows-based systems Preferred Qualifications * Prior insurance or financial services sales experience * Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets * Customer service or relationship-management background * Bilingual English and Spanish Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
