Retail Sales Associate We are looking for outgoing, people oriented individuals with strong communication skills to join our team! At Lot22 we are passionate about food! We are looking for individuals with an open and flexible schedule. We are open 7 days a week, Monday - Friday 10am-6pm and Sundays 11am-3pm. Responsibilities: -Greet customers and lead interactions following provided scripting -Meet daily / monthly sales goals -Maintain knowledge on current and incoming products, pricing, and promotions *training and product education will be provided -Ability to answer customer questions professionally and with accuracy -Maintaining a clean and well stocked sales floor -Picking, filling for and packing online orders when needed -Provide "above and beyond" customer service at all times -Processing inbound shipments -Maintaining a clean and organized work environment -Cross / upsell products Requirements: * Candidates must be able to lift up to 25lbs without assistance, in regularity throughout the day. * Food handlers certificate or ability to obtain one within * A clean and professional experience * A "can do" attitude * Basic math skills * Communications skills * Ability to perform in a fast paced environment * A passion for food and cooking trends * High School Degree or equivalent (high school students need not apply) * 1 year of related experience preferred, not required * Open Availability Pay: $17.00 per hour Pay frequency: bi-weekly Availability to work flexible shifts. Must be available on Weekends. Shifts are very flexible.
