TCI is hiring a Rental Sales Representative Kansas City, KS Our Sales Employees Deserve the Best Sales Representative Benefits Rental Sales Representative Pay: * $20.00- $22.00 per hour depending on sales experience * Sales Incentive and Commission pay * Sales Representative Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday Start Time: 8:00am * Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: * Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.) * Going out on sales calls and meeting potential clients * Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found * Fleet Management and Inventory * Billing * Open/Close Sales Rental Agreements * Daily rental check-in/out * Generate reports * Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles * Fuel island inspections * Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor * Work with Sales team within the company Sales Representative Benefits & Perks: * Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Available * Accrued Time Off * Employee Discount Programs * Bonus Pay Eligibility * Stable & Growing, Family-Owned Company Sales Representative Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation rental and leasing * Strong data entry skills * Strong customer service skills * Microsoft Excel experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to get in & out of commercial trucks * Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and a positive attitude * Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment About TCI Transportation We are a family-owned company doing business since 1978.
