Office*Location* : 8041 186TH St Suite C, Tinley Park, IL 60487 Job Level: Entry Level to Experienced Shift: Flexible (Minimum 30 hrs/week) Division: Blue Raven Solar Sales (part of SunPower) Applicants must have access to reliable personal transportation and live within 45 minutes of the office. Compensation * Appointment Setters & *Sales Representatives* : Commission-only - Earn $2,800 -$8,000+ per deal, depending on system size * Incentives: Trip rewards, bonuses, and company swag * Uncapped earning potential About the Role Join SunPower's growing team and play a vital role in helping homeowners transition to clean, renewable energy. We're hiring both Appointment Setters and Solar Sales Representatives to represent Blue Raven Solar Sales, part of SunPower's nationwide solar network. As a Setter, you'll introduce homeowners to SunPower's solar solutions and schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with those homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar, and guide them through the transition to clean energy. This is a field-based position involving in person conversations through door-to-door outreach and community engagement.
