Job Summary As a Regional Account Manager (RAM) , you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets. You will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate labeling solutions. No prior experience is required -- we provide training for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and a desire to learn. What You 'll Do * Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations * Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams * Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups * Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities * Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs * Manage customer projects from start to finish What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Interest in sales, customer service, or account management * Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * College degree a plus, not required * Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required Work Environment Hybrid position based in Oak Brook, Illinois , with a combination of in- office and remote work.
