Who We 're Looking For * Active 2-40 or 2-15 license required * 1+ year of health insurance sales experience (minimum) * Confident closers comfortable with high call volume * Competitive, money-driven personality * Professional communication skills * Comfortable using TLD / Health Sherpa * Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply * Must be willing to work in-office and earn remote privileges Earning Potential Our agents do not make small checks. Most consistent producers earn $80,000 -$150,000+ per year, and many pass that range. The average agent on this floor earns about $2,500 per week , with top performers clearing more.
