Responsibilities - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. - Manage daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively to process transactions and manage customer accounts. - Maintain an organized store environment that promotes a positive shopping experience for customers. Experience - Previous experience in assistant management or a similar leadership role with retail sales is mandatory. -Proven successful experience as a Sales Leader -Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. -Propose innovative ideas to increase market share in niche high fashion industry. -Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy retail setting. - Proficiency in using POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. - Knowledge of market trends related to wireless products is an advantage.
