Job Summary District Sales Representative - Food Service -- Gleezy Dog (1099) Territory: NC, SC - Must be Charlotte Based Compensation: $40,000 base (1099) + Commission Reports to: VP of Food Service Sales About Gleezy Dog Gleezy Dog is a fast-growing CPG food brand redefining the hot dog category with our premium, double-smoked brisket hot dogs and signature sauces. We work with restaurants, breweries, golf clubs, and hospitality groups across the Southeast--and we're expanding quickly. The Role We're looking for a driven, self-motivated sales rep to grow Gleezy Dog across North Carolina and South Carolina. This is a hunter-style role ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new accounts in a the sports and food service environment. As a 1099 independent contractor , you'll manage your own schedule and earn upside through bonuses tied directly to cases sold. What You 'll Do * Proactively prospect foodservice accounts (stadiums, restaurants, bars, breweries, clubs, golf courses) * Drive new account acquisition and territory revenue growth * Conduct product demos and tastings * Build long-term relationships with operators, buyers and broad line distributors * Conduct territory, pipeline, and weekly sales reporting * Represent Gleezy Dog at tastings, events, and trade shows What We 're Looking For Required * Sales experience in foodservice, CPG, beverage, or hospitality * Comfort with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and opening new * Strong communication and closing skills * Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a multi-state territory * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice to Have * Existing foodservice or distributor relationships in NC/SC * Experience closing larger or strategic Compensation & Perks * $40,000 base (1099 contractor) * Performance based commission * Unlimited upside tied directly to sales performance * Flexible schedule and full autonomy Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training * Opportunities for advancement Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28203
