Full description of the position
This is a Territory Sales Manager Position for a Traffic Control Rental & Sales Company. We supply everything traffic control, we offer service to install lane closures along with all the equipment that will be for rent or for sale. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Safe Shield LLC. The Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing sales strategies, motivating the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The overarching goal is to maximize sales performance, expand the customer base, and ensure the overall success of the sales department by collaborating with retailers and other key stakeholders to increase market share and achieve sales targets. JOB DESCRIPTION Key Performance Indicators: * Sales Calls * In-Person Sales * Attend Group Events & Network * Mass email Lead List * Finding jobs on Procurement Sites * Contacting Local DOT Contractors * Contacting Utility companies * Breaking down Job plans for traffic control needs * Develop Sales Strategies * Team Leadership Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 5+ years estimating experience in asphalt, concrete, or similar field * Solicit and respond to bid opportunities across assigned geographic region * Methodically evaluate and analyze bid specifications, plans, scope of work, related drawings, production rates, and profitability margin * Experience in reading DOT Asphalt or Underground Utility Plans * Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities * Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office applications * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with ability to communicate with a wide variety of people and backgrounds * Proficient in QuickBooks is required. Starting wage is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Safe Shield LLC offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. This will be a salary plus commission position. This job is an inhouse position, some travel may be included on appointment.
