What You 'll Do * Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations. * Attend assigned marketing events to engage homeowners in conversations about their upcoming projects. * Share how ProXteriors' window, doors, siding, and gutter products can improve home comfort and appearance. * Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations for our design and sales team. * Represent ProXteriors with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. What We 're Looking For * Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Outgoing, positive, and confident personality. * Self-motivated and driven to meet goals. * Comfortable speaking with homeowners at their doors. * No prior experience required -- we provide paid training!
