Full description of the position

Flooret is seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Dealer Sales Representative to manage and grow partnerships with flooring retailers. This role is key to expanding brand presence, driving sell-through, and providing front-line support to retail partners. As a brand ambassador, you will represent Flooret in the field and over the phone, ensuring retailers are equipped, trained, and aligned with our product and service standards. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners across the country. * Drive sales by supporting in-store staff education, product training, and customer-facing presentations. * Act as the key point of contact for retailers, providing ongoing product knowledge, merchandising support, and order-related assistance. * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Logistics) to ensure a seamless partner experience. * Identify and onboard new retailers, helping to grow the dealer network and hit strategic sales goals. * Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activity, product performance, and regional trends. * Support retailer promotional events, regional trade shows, and local initiatives that enhance brand visibility. * Accurately track activities, visits, and opportunities using CRM tools or company reporting processes. * Meet or exceed KPIs related to sales volume, account retention, and retailer satisfaction. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in flooring, building materials, or home improvement product sales (dealer/retail channel preferred). * Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or field representation. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a field-based, autonomous role. * Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle). * Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools (email, video calls, etc.).
