Full description of the position

We're hiring AT&T Account Associates to join our growing team and support the expansion of AT&T's wireless and fiber services. In this full-time, W-2 role, you'll work directly with customers in-person to explain service options, assist with account activations, and guide them through the wireless and internet plans that best suit their needs. This is an entry-level, commission-based position for individuals who want to break into sales, customer service, or telecommunications with a company that offers hands-on training, weekly pay, and a clear path to advancement. What You 'll Do as an AT&T Account Associate:

  • Engage face-to-face with customers to explain AT&T's wireless, internet, and mobile plans
  • Assist with service enrollments, plan changes, and account upgrades
  • Provide direct customer service support including billing assistance and plan recommendations
  • Maintain accurate customer records, manage account follow-ups, and track sales updates via tablet
  • Work in assigned neighborhoods or retail events to meet daily outreach and sales goals
  • Collaborate with your team to improve performance and deliver top-tier customer experiences
  • Represent AT&T professionally while building long-term customer relationships What We 're Looking For:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence with in-person customer interaction
  • Motivated individuals with an interest in sales, customer service, or telecom careers
  • Full-time availability Monday through Saturday (some weekends may be required)
  • A team-oriented mindset with a personal drive to hit goals and grow professionally
  • No experience required - all training is provided; previous customer-facing roles are a plus Job Details & Transparency:

Compensation

: Commission-only role with weekly pay

  • Pay Transparency: Associates typically earn $100+ per completed activation
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $900-$1,650/week, based on individual performance
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday (40-50 hrs/week; full-time required)
  • Work Setting: In-person sales at designated residential areas or retail locations
  • Training: Hands-on onboarding and daily coaching sessions (unpaid)
  • Products Sold: Wireless, internet, and mobile services offered through AT &T Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,650.00 per week Work Location: In person
