Location: Roseville, CA Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2 Employee Work Setting: In-store, face-to-face retail environment Royal Oak Innovations Inc. is an AT &T Authorized Partner looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Wireless Sales Associate to join our Roseville team. In this role, you'll be working inside a retail store helping walk-in customers choose the right wireless plans, phones, and services -- and supporting existing customers with their accounts and devices. This position is not door-to-door, not business-to-business, and not commission-only. Pay & Compensation * Base hourly rate: $17-$23 per hour (depending on experience & availability) * Paid weekly * Opportunity to earn commission & performance bonuses Hourly base pay is guaranteed. This is not a commission-only position. What You 'll Be Working With You'll support customers with AT &T wireless plans, smartphones, upgrades, accessories, and account assistance. What You 'll Do Each Day * Welcome customers and provide support in the retail store * Help customers compare plans, devices, and current promotions * Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes * Answer billing or service questions and provide solutions * Demonstrate device features and basic troubleshooting * Keep the sales floor tidy and organized * Complete customer documentation accurately * Stay informed on new products and promotions What We 're Looking For * Full-time availability, including some weekends/holidays * Strong people skills and a customer-focused mindset * Comfortable working in a face-to-face retail setting * Ability to stand for extended periods * Dependable transportation * Positive, team-first attitude * Willing to learn -- paid training is provided Previous wireless experience is not required.
