I'm looking for people who are self motivated, and can overcome customer objections to meet weekly sales goals! This job is Commission Based! Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive outside sales strategies to generate new leads and expand market presence across assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance data. * Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation activities, and targeted marketing efforts. * Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and overcoming objections. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts to optimize future strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support post-sale. * Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including virtual meetings or follow-up calls to nurture prosExperience * Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory or account portfolios. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. * Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. * Experience in product demos, upselling strategies, and technical sales within technology or related industries preferred. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to building lasting relationships.
