Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, Richmond Virginia area and suburbs, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for presenting home improvement products in-home to homeowners interested in roofing windows siding trim and doors. Duties * Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within your territory. * Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands. * Execute direct sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales plans and promotional strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. * Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system. Skills * Strong skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data effectively. * Proven experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. * Expertise in direct sales techniques with a focus on achieving measurable results. * Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; knowledge of industry trends is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with diverse clients. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
