We are currently hiring an HVAC Salesperson to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. Primary job duties include: * Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer comfort needs * Evaluate existing HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrades * Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance * Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices * Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner * Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance * Follow up on open leads and maintain strong pipeline communication * Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details * Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals * Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings * Maintain accurate records of work performed, quotes presented, job progress * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity maintaining a neat/clean appearance and customer satisfaction * Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment Requirements: * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations * Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools * Excellent customer service skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers * Professional appearance and demeanor * Neat, clean and organized * Great work ethic
