Client Success Associate Responsibilities * Build strong, trust-based relationships that support ongoing client success * Communicate one-on-one with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions * Guide customers through the sales process with clarity, confidence, and professionalism * Resolve account-related concerns while maintaining a positive client experience * Track and document client interactions, questions, and completed sales accurately * Meet performance expectations related to quality, attendance, and overall success * Maintain confidentiality of all client and customer information * Collaborate with leadership to discuss goals, progress, and development opportunities Client Success Associate Requirements * Strong active listening skills and clear, confident communication * Ability to adapt conversations to support both client objectives and customer needs * Previous experience in a client-facing, customer-focused, or sales-related role preferred * Problem-solving mindset with strong time management and organization * Willingness to participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development * Professional demeanor with a personable, team-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,090.79 - $65,141.59 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Referral program Work Location: In person
