JOB DESCRIPTION * Reagan Outdoor is hiring and Training Account Executives for local billboard sales. * New Account Executive work closely with their Sales Manager * Reagan will train new Account Executives about media, outdoor and sales. * Sales Managers' assists new Account Executives to schedule appointments, conduct client education calls, execute contracts and manage campaign implementation. TRAINING AREAS INCLUDE: * Generating Sales contracts by identifying and qualifying leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals. * Helping business owners and decision makers understand how outdoor advertising will support their marketing objectives. * Negotiating rates within company standards * Managing your clients' sales process JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to exercise judgment, operate independently and manage your time * Must understand and calculate basic mathematical equations * Must be proficient in Excel * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Verifiable previous professional sales performance. * Must live in Salt Lake County. COMPENSATION * $80,000 plus commission and bonuses * Health, Life and Dental Insurance, 401K * Car, Cell Allowance * Client Entertainment and mileage reimbursement * Account Executive may choose to transition to a more lucrative compensation plan.
