Overview In Home Sales - Construction & Remodeling company. Roofing, Siding, Windows, Bathroom, Kitchens, Flooring etc. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in outside sales, and a proven track record in managing B2c sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing approaches, leverage technology sales tools and build lasting customer relationships. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through effective business development, account management, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and coaching. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on in home sales. * Manage and lead the sales team fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. * Provide leadership and lead by example to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency. * Maintain a deep understanding of our products' technical aspects to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Experience * Proven success in outside sales with a focus on in home sales markets, preferrably in the remodeling industry. * Demonstrated management experience building and leading a sales team or department. * Strong background in marketing strategies related to sales growth initiatives. * Proficiency with Project management platforms or CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. * Excellent negotiation, business development, and account management skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. * Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
