Atlanta, GA (In Office / Site visits as needed) Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Estimator & Sales professional to join our team. This position is responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, fielding sales calls for bids submitted, and providing support to field operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of construction and demolition processes, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between clients, vendors, and project teams. Key Responsibilities: * Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate scope and pricing. * Perform site visits to assess project conditions and logistics. * Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. * Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation. * Field incoming sales calls and follow up with clients regarding bids submitted. * Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations during project handoff and execution. * Track bid results and maintain estimating logs. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in demolition, construction, or estimating preferred. * Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.) a plus. * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
