About Us BGW Building Products Inc. is a fast-growing building materials and construction solutions company based in Southern California. We specialize in advanced structural building systems and premium building products for residential and commercial projects. Our solutions are fire-resistant, earthquake-resistant, durable, and efficient, serving builders, developers, and contractors across the region. As our business expands rapidly, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow with us and help build our sales network in Southern California. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and project owners * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market * Present BGW's products and solutions to clients and explain their advantages * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing * Maintain follow-up with clients and build long-term partnerships * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications * Sales experience in building materials, construction, real estate, or related industries preferred * Strong communication and negotiation skills in English * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally * Authorized to work in the United States * Associate's degree or higher in a related field * Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or sales-related experience * Strong communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus) * Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Base salary plus high, uncapped commission * Strong earning potential for high performers * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company * Supportive and professional team environment * Long-term career and leadership opportunities How to Apply Please email your resume to: [please apply online] Subject line: Application - Sales Manager - [Your Name] BGW Building Products Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
