Job Type : Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor Overview * We're looking for driven, ethical, and motivated Sales Representatives who take pride in helping homeowners and doing the right thing, every time. * All training needed to be a top performer will be provided. As a representative of ASC, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing inspections, educating homeowners, and guiding them through the roof restoration process after storm damage. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. We reward integrity, effort, and results, not seniority. Responsibilities * Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking * Conduct thorough roof inspections (training provided) and clearly communicate findings * Educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, and insurance claim processes * Assist customers with insurance claims related to storm damage * Represent our company with professionalism, transparency, and honesty at all times * Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project process Requirements * 1+ year of sales experience (roofing, construction, or home services preferred) * High personal and professional ethics. We do what's right, not what's easy * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable attitude * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current car insurance * Must be comfortable inspecting roofs (safety training provided) * Eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor What We Offer * Uncapped commissions.
