Responsibilities * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including warm calling and targeted marketing strategies * Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize mutual value * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, particularly in B2B sales environments * Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and technical sales to tailor solutions that meet client needs * Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, pipeline status, and account activity * Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, upsell opportunities, and areas for improvement * Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our technology solutions * Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client success and foster long-term partnerships Qualifications * Health Licensed * Proven experience in account management. * Excellent communication skills --both verbal and written--with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines * Experience in marketing , technical sales , or technology sales is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to interpret data and develop strategic insights * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement This position offers an engaging environment for professionals eager to grow their career in account management while making a significant impact on our business success.
