Account Manager Trainee Daily Responsibilities: * Engage with customers by initiating conversations, identifying their specific needs, and offering personalized solutions that align with their preferences. * Present product details and promotional offers in a compelling way that highlights key benefits and helps customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Provide outstanding customer service and account management by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless sales experience. * Work closely with Account Manager team members to maintain a high-energy environment, support collective sales goals, and contribute to overall team success. * Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and current promotions to deliver relevant and valuable information to customers. * Accurately track customer sales interactions and purchases while following up to strengthen relationships, confirm satisfaction, and encourage repeat business. Account Manager Trainee Desired Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills- your ability to connect with people is key! * A positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for helping others. * Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset. * Prior experience in sales, retail, account management or customer service is a plus but not required- training is provided!
